Before you report rule violation you should read some information about how to do it.
  1. On this board you can ask questions about gamemasters and the Tibia Rules. This board also provides a possibility to post rule violations, if you cannot reach a gamemaster online using the rule violation report (CTRL+R).
  2. Do not complain about your banishments there!
    To complain about a banishment, log into your account and click on "View" next to the entry in your criminal record. You will be transferred to an interface which allows you to write your complaint. This complaint will go directly to the gamemaster who banished you. The answer to your complaint will be shown on your account page. When you reply again, you can choose to contact a superior person. Your answer will then be forwarded to the customer support. Please note that the complaint feature is not available if you have been banished by the customer support. Any banishments imposed by the customer support are considered final, and there is no right to appeal.
  3. If someone speaks anything offensive in default channel don't paste it onto tibia.com boards because your statement can be reported.
  4. Do not write the name of bots on tibia.com because it is illegal too.
  5. Try to reduce the words and explain the best what happened.
  6. Do not spam, flood, create many threads because it can be considered as spaming.
  7. Do not adverise anything on gamemaster board.
  8. Don't complain on this boar about banishments, lags, kicks, power abusing(until it can be handled by community).
  9. Do not ask for namelocks.
  10. You should title your topics like "Violation of rule 1x on WorldName"
  11. The content of post should include the description of your problem and why do you think it is rule violation.
  12. There is no need to report botters anymore because they are being caught by automatic detection system. Even if you feel someone is botting he will not be checked by gamemaster.
  13. Remember that your sarcastic replies can be repoted by senior tutors so watch your words.
  14. Now you can use this tool to create a good topic which can be easily found and dealt by gamemasters.
  15. Before you send post/thread on tibia.com use CTRL + R and copy the "Vaild title" which you can create by using wizard below.
